The ramen looks so good! We enjoy watching your videos because they are cozy and relatable. My wife is trying to work from home and we are anticipating the challenges that come from that. Very true that what can help us, even doing small things can be hard when anxiety is bad. Sorry to hear about your mom. You are doing job balancing work while keeping obligation for family and other important things. Hang in there!

Holy crap I just realized I think I first subbed you over a decade ago. Pretty sure it was back when I was a teenager still and I’m 32 in June. How time flies. My wife has extreme OCD and we both have anxiety and are on stuff for it. She has her rituals she has to do and depending on her anxiety levels they get more or less frequent and for various things. Finding a therapist that deals with OCD and anxiety and stuff is hard enough as it is, but then she got pregnant and the hormones and stuff threw it off even more, and finding a psychologist/psychiatrist that deals with pregnancy ocd/anxiety was insane. I hope we get more people in the mental health field in the coming years with the new generations, because mental health is such a huge issue and it’s been pushed aside so long.

I agree it is literally one of the hardest things to get help with. I'm so sorry you and your wife deal with this as well. My husband and I are doing our best but I know how hard it is on him to watch me deal with this and not know how to help. I'm comforted knowing I'm not alone though, thank you for sharing that with me😌

That's true, it's so hard to cope with mental illnesses. I have PTSD OCD Anxiety & Depression and still fighting for 20 years and I don't know when will I get better.. I'm struggling in my every day life. But still, trying to do my best. I'm having hopes whenever I see other people fighting with their mental illness just like you, so keep it up. Hope you'll get better too. We deserve happiness. Love from Philippines
