Dude you took the words right out of my mouth. I've been listening to them since the late 2000s and I've always enjoyed and appreciated their sound, especially from The Anthropocene Extinction and on. Like you I have never dived super deep with them, always been a bit of a fair weather fan, but these two singles have been in my rotation constantly the last couple weeks. Honestly Scourge of the Offspring is probably already one of my favorite metal tracks of all time. Can't fucking wait for the album.

Yea i cannot place in a particular Anthropocene and Death Atlas, and Terrasite is releasing Friday!!!! Monolith is great, but there are annoying parts here and there FOR ME. Don’t take what i say about Monolith to heart. I have known about them since Humanure, and listening on and off… but once Anthropocene dropped i was amazed, then Death Atlas and those two has been in my playlist rotation ever since.

Death Atlas was not the Opus people said it was. It cannot be, because nothing is better than the Opus and both Anthropocene and Terrasite are. I love Dave's sound, he found a way to unguise a particular sound to CD, the same way he did form Archspire but totally different.
