Good NFRA is doing good job 😅 our CA fraternity need to wake up and smell the coffee who has gone into deep slumber since two decades. But just a fine of 5 lacs is not enough, poor retail investor might have lost money. According to me he must be banned from statutory and internal audit for at least 5 years. Thanks for sharing this and will read the NAFR orders from website on continuous basis to learn and improve professional SKEPTISM

as per Sec 143 If fraud amount is more than 1 cr or above auditor report to CG within 2 day of know report to Board A/c SA 240 Also applicable . SA 230- Audit Documentation

Sir overall central government wants full control on icai like all decisions should be of finance ministry so that they can introduce reservation and phone call pass fail arrangements,curently icai exam process is transparent and finance ministry has no say in it hence its all about power game and icai's committee members thinking that by visting and falicitating ministers can save icai from nfra control.

Sir can you tell when we prepare for exam i have not seen these Para in classes in AS and SA but when we get into practical we have to face these ,then how do other and you manage do you refer any book or any other material? Plz tell me i really have curiosity to know this even i have exams in jan 25 i am here to learn

SIR in this para number of SA is given but the classes which we are doing in that that much detailed is not given then how we will learn these things means govt order and authorities give reference with full information but at the time of preparation we can not do these things but when we get into practical how to cop up with these , do you refer some books or any other material please tell me ?? i am watching your videos and my exams are in jan25 and audit really fears me

Sir but muje nhi lagta auditors me adt 4 form fraud report nhi kiya hoga agar auditors disclaimer opinion de rha hai fraud hai maine maximum CAs ko deka hai wo Fraud report krte hai ... .. ye nfra kuch aise bhi jada banta hai and recently same hi case me nfra ne allegations lagaya tha but auditor ne supreme court se case jeet gaaya .. nfra hamesa sahi hota nhi hai..............
