Me with 100% map exploration rate reading other comments be like; “wat-ppl don’t usually do exploring????”. Like this is literally the reason why I played Genshin. You can go to weird places and climb on almost everything that exist on the map, take photos, swim or even interact with stuffs. Not to mention the environment system and song in Genshin too. Actually I am still in AR 25. I havent ascended yet and I still am not ready to because if i increase my level then so will the enemies and world bosses and I am kinda scared of that. Of course in that way I am still pending Zhongli's archon quest though. And its just like how you said. Even as a new player I want to explore and gather food and herbs. I find it much more fun but then there are always those hilichurls and abyss mages that attacks me and I have to fight them back which is so tiriring.

Yaa it’s the reason why Genshin as a game captivated me so much. Exploring & explorative world quests are my favorite as well as discovering little bits of Teyvat’s history & lore. And Dragonspine is a perfect place to go if u like adventures.

Tbh i think there’s people besides the traveler who know how to use teleport waypoints. sure most people just think they’re some ancient gimmick but there’s quite a few parties that would probably research the waypoints and eventually figure out how to use them(fatui,sumeru scholars,and albedo just to name a few examples)

Actually, I think teleport waypoints can be used for any vision bearers. In the description of the portable way point it says that vision holders can use it

That's the portable waypoint, something that was manufactured in modern times, the teleport waypoints scattered about the world are much older than that. Plus, the Kathrine at the inazuma branch of the adventures guild mentions that the traveler can use the teleport waypoints, as if it's unusual. Not to mention that the whole thing about Inazuma closing it's borders wouldn't work if vision bearers could just teleport away.

But do you think the traveler can take friends with visions through the teleporter with him/her, like perhaps mixing some of his/her otherworldly powers and those from the visions so they can also pass through a waypoint? I really want to believe that, otherwise adding characters to our party might not be possible. Also, the fixed 4 slots in the party maybe is the maximum number of people the traveler can take with him/her, making a total of 5 people able to pass through a teleporter at any one time.
