It's still true though that she never intended to kill them? Cuz she already knew that Castorice contacted Phainon to convince her when she was deciding to punish, in fact, the only reason why she even changed the punishment to execution is because of what Castorice did. She knew Phainon would come anyway so she took advantage of that to make it seem like it's all thanks to Phainon that the Trailblazer was saved, ultimately would make them closer with Phainon

I do not think Aglaea was ever romantic to begin with. It seems that each Chrysos Heir represents a "philosophy" that is opposite to the god they kill, but after killing that god, they get their power. Phainon's philosopy is Deliverance and he killed Nikador to obtain power of Strife. Strife is constant conflict so it is weak to Deliverance which indicates achieving something finite. Tribbie was a priest of Oronyx (Time) and killed Janus to obtain their power of Passage. This one is a bit trickier but given the usual sci-fi connections between space (passage) and time, there is probably some explanation for why Time "kills" Space. Maybe someone who is into physics can help me out here. Aglaea's original philosophy seems to be Reason (Cerces) and she killed Mnestia to obtain power of Romance. Romance is something that is inherently irrational, so it is "defeated" by Reason. We do not know who the other characters are meant to kill but it's pretty easy to guess some of their original "philosophies" (Mydei=Strife, Catgirl = trickery, Pink girl = romance) The only question mark so far is Castorice who seems to represent Death and also be searching for the core of Death, but maybe her story is more nuanced (I think she mentioned that Thanatos has a "part of her").

Also - why is Aglea the Romance one, when the pink haired girl referred to "romantic" in the trailer (and her expy in Hi3rd (Elysia) can't stop talking about everything being "romantic" in game). Shouldn't the new Elysia be the romance one? Tbh - I am not super certain about my theory. Like - Castorice is very fitting for death. Also maybe Tribbie wasn't priestess of Oronyx, but rather all priests can use Oronyx power (like the MC). But there is definitely some confusion at the moment

Gopher Wood had plans for both Sunday and Robin which fit their different mindsets. Robin however deviated from Old Man Wood's plans as she became more attuned to Harmony and moved away from Order while Sunday fell further into it as he saw how Penacony had became more corrupted overtime as he learned to utilize Order. I do believe Sunday had also believed in Harmony and in Xipe for a long time even though he was fulfilling the wishes of Order until that moment where he heard of Robin getting shot in the neck was the breaking point. There was another video I saw of this that is titled how Sunday and Robin don't understand each other and it gives other details as how the siblings have changed and how Robin has grown stronger than Sunday and eventually Sunday leaves Penacony with no worries as he sees his sister no longer has a need for his protection.
