Um, Eartha Kitt would love to have some words and cat-like tussles with you from beyond the grave! She blew Julie and Lee out of the water. These ladies just acted too tame with forced cat-traits that came off as an afterthought that they were playing this sort of character. You could have pictured them playing any woman in a costume. Eartha actually EMBODIED the cat-persona with her body mannerisms, her facial features, and especially with her speech pattern you can BUY she was Catwoman, which is why hers stand out the best.

The lighting, the editing, the fast-paced scenes was just all too much. It was like the director couldn't figure out if he wanted to do a superhero movie, a drama movie, a romance movie, something for the urban community, etc. it was just a number of things the movie was trying to be and just didn't pan out overall.

I always suspected that the real reason Catwoman turned to crime was because she had a serious thing for Batman and wanted to get his attention. The problem was that she found she liked crime as much as she wanted Batman ...and he wouldn't be courrupted!
