@End did your wolf dogs ever get into a confrontation with a kangal or any formidable guardian dogs? I doubt it. Guardian dogs around the world have proven themselves against wolves and bears , the Great Pyrenees, the Miramar, Alabai and many more unknown breeds have done well in protecting sheep. I'm a cattle farmer and I'll put my dogs to defend the herd against any wolf pack as long as the numbers are close. You just don't understand the mentality of a guardian dog , you're thinking about the size of the dog or wolf, but it's the fight in the dog is what's important

Great video and well expained , i loved how the little white dogs life was spared thanks to the caucasion dog, these livestock guardian dogs are on a different level of thinking and reacting than other dogs,the Livestock guardian dogs dont need to go bye guidence from human, they dont second guess or delay on what needs to be, its in their DNA.

The Red Star type is better suited for property guarding purposes. 👍 I live with 2 dogs of this type. I got a flock of goats as work for my dogs - but after a year i sold the goats. The dogs guarded the goats well but prefered to guard me and the property more. Central Asian Ovcharka (Alabai) is better suited for LGD work.

The head of the original dog (the pic with the red-brown dog with golden eyes) reminds me of the Eurasier dogs and the old Chow-Chow dogs also the Greenland dog, which in old times was very similar to the Chow-Chow.

I have Caucasian Shepherd and Great Pyrenees. It is true, CS need people, they usually do not have instinctual love toward delicate helpless animals like other LGDs. However they CAN develop love for delicate animals although slowly. Caucasian Shepherd is a great family dog or guard dog but not an instinctual LGD. The Great Pyrenees do their job, no training necessary. They have natural instinct to protect helpless creatures like sheep, cats, ducks and chickens. One thing I like about Caucasian Shepherd is much less prone to roam than GP and some other LGDs.

Very good alarm guard dog. One thing you can count on is that these dogs bark constantly. Any sound any sight that dogs barking. Boerboels are better. Calm but ready to go anytime

As a guard dog of property Caucasian is always looking for trouble. No one could come near without caucasion wanting wanting to eat them. Boerboel chooses who is enemy. Caucasian everyone was enemy. Super suspicious. That being said for me Boerboel is better.

Most of Videos that you See in all Chanel that in fight Dog win.... have one reason ....the wolfs are seen in Most of the Video is female (and if maybe weak male )...Like Lion ..the female goes for hunting.....Male Wolfs that said to them Alfa Wolf ..that's Just about two Wolf exist in a group of Wolf ..(another Male Wolfs are weaker of Alfa) .....Alfa Wolf have about 1250bit force pound per Inch and more . .. about 2x of strongest Sheppard....and shape of their teeth are Designed for cutting and Killing ... and when they are goes for hunting Just Go alone in some area that proper to them ..but If the group of Wolfs want to Change Location..one Alfa goes infront of the group and one Alfa goes beside the group....
