The M1 is a pretty strong gun if your starting out or going for deer to lions; since it's so powerful you can shoot animals from about 100 to 150 meters away whilst just looking at it without shooting above it... if you spot an animal you can look at your map and go to the spotted animal point with your curser and look at your bottom right corner it shows how far the animal is or at least how far the point is depending on if the animals is moving or not. Hope this helps

Need either 338, 300, 45-70, 7mm , 470 or 9.3x74r to get full harvest check on lions and cape buffalos, but the best are 300 and 338. Would hate to see you mess up a diamond lion as they are pretty hard to get
