Never have the words " I think I'll turn this up" been spoken at a more appropriate time :) As much as I love the Bjork version, because it seemed so surreal when it was released, I always wonder how the original (English) version by Betty Hutton went down with people when it was released in 1951. As creative as Bjork is with her music, the 1951 version goes beyond creative when you consider the type of music people would be listening to then.

She was great in the Sugarcubes years ago. You should check out "Birthday" by them.

She had a lot of great songs with really creative videos. She also made a movie called Dancer in the Dark which has some great musical numbers but it's a very sad story.

She has some of the best music videos. They're all basically a piece of art. Joga and All Is Full Of Love are awesome as well. But honestly you're down the rabbit hole now, she has an incredible back catalogue. Every album has its own style! She's awesome

Björk is amazing! I began to listen to her with "All Is Full Of Love" but I would recommend that you check out the video for "Bachelorette" which is such a great song too. Other suggestions include: "Black Lake" - Very sad once you read the context of the whole Vulnicura album. "Play Dead" - She has such a powerful voice on this one. "I've Seen It All" - From the film "Dancer In The Dark". She had a bad experience with Lars Von trier though.

Bjork formed her first band with other musicians from Iceland and they were called the Sugarcubes. Really interesting stuff and you should check out their big hit called "Birthday."

OMG!!!! I can’t believe you actually heard me and reacted to Bjork😻 This song was unique for sure because it’s got that musical style but all her other songs are very different. Please check out more 🙏🏼

I hope how unusual she is doesn't stop you watching more of this fabulous woman. Try the tracks: Big Time Sensuality or Human Behaviour. She's so wonderful and a genuine artist.

As a long time Sugarcubes and Bjork fan who's seen this video a million times, made me laugh at his face when she screams!! She's a genius.

This is a cover song actually - it’s a German song written in 1948. Several versions have been released by different artists.

One of my favourite song to sing at kareoke. It is a remake of that song from my second favourite musician Bjork, and it became so popular that she quit doing it in concert because it wasn't her song. The video was made by a genious film maker Spike Jonze and how could it not help the song get so big?
