Brennan being sensitive to light is not a good sign. My friend who has had two concussions were very sensitive to light and had to wear sunglasses at school because it hurt his head so bad. Also, not having symptoms may sound good, but concussion symptoms can appear later on. So I suggest going to a doctor just to make sure there is nothing wrong.

We have something similar to the blue angels in the UK called the Red Arrows which are Royal Air Force pilots that do displays for air shows and special events

The Blue Angels are so fantastic! We have coming up very soon is a static Show for the 122cnd Air Guard in June, They are having the "Thunderbirds" do a Fly over during the Show in Fort Wayne, IN!!! I am excited to be there and watch.

The Blue Angels are pretty big in Florida, occasionally when I am down at Pensacola Beach with my family, we can see them practice flying, its pretty cool to see.

I've been watching the Blues since the 1950s when they did air shows at Moffet Field in California. Since then I've seen them many times in Pcola, DC, Texas, and in San Francisco during Fleet Week. When I was TDY to Pcola I took my wife and we were staying in the BOQs. I would get up to go to work and she thought she could sleep in except that the Q's are right near the airfield where the Blues are home-based and they were doing their pre-show practices starting every morning at 0800, so no sleeping in.

With a possible concussion, it is always best to not take any medication right after as it may mask symptoms. If you are going to take anything, you should only take tylenol. "Seeing Stars" is not really a key symptom. Be on the lookout for headache, head pressure, dislike of light, dislike of sound, increased fatigue, and irritability. Kids may be fine at home, but will have increased symptoms at school.

just a warning ! i’ve had 4 concussions and giving advil isn’t beneficial because if you do have a concussion, it’s important to see the symptoms and how they are decreasing in pain over the course of the injury! hope this helps

Anytime you suspect a concussion, you should get the kid evaluated. His symptoms sound like a concussion. You definitely don;t want to risk it, if it is a concussion he needs to rest his brain and stop any activities that risk further injury.

You can sleep with a concussion. It is actually recommended that you keep your normal sleep schedule. They haven't been telling people not to sleep for well over a decade now with concussion management
