I swear Anthony's lines are probably one of the most beautifully written dialogues I've ever heard. And Jonathan's acting gave it the justice that it deserves. This Bridgerton Season was dedicated to the first-borns and parentified children carrying the weight of the family on our backs. Many of us never really had the luxury of being frivolous.

More than anything what makes me happy is that they chose Simone Ashley. In India, though so many of us will find resemblance in one or the other of her physical attributes yet I know for real that the film and entertainment industry hardly supports people with her looks. Casting was done perfectly here. After watching the series I read the book and couldn't possibly imagine Kate from the book as anyone else. This might be the best improvement in transferring the book to the series (where in books Kate was an European woman). Simone Ashley is perfection ❤️

That they will become imprinted on our minds to the point where we will question our sanity when we continue to watch the show every day. That we will feel the slow burn every time their lips barely touch and their eyes burn with such passion that it takes our breath away! We will marvel at every scene they are together feeling the chemistry that makes us swoon! You will fall in love with Kanthony, so watch at your own risk!!! I doubt if anyone would heed the warning, because our curiosity would be too great since we've already watch season 1. To be very much honest: after this duo I couldn’t be amazed by season 1, i.e. Daphne and Simon love story. Not only that I completely forgot about it since Anthony and Kate came but when I rewatched some parts of season 1 with Daphe and Simon, they left me cold. That’s how sooooo much better and deeper this love story is. Their chemistry, the romance, the way they are both individually and together, the depth, the passion…just everything between them. And also even thou it’s kind of a detail but I love the fact there is less sex with Kanthony and instead more romance and passion and depth. Daphne and Simon were like 90% just having s*x in every corner possible which is great but..Kanthony’s love is more profound and interesting. And I must say both actors are amazing but daaamn Jonathan Bailey’s acting is truly absolutely mindblowing❣️❣️

I prefer season 2 than season 1 although they could have skipped the wedding with Edwina and focused instead on Kate and Anthony’s struggle to be together. It’s full of emotion and definitely one of the best chemistry there is in television. Like I feel like I’ll combist during those intense scenes where they could not act on it.

I watched the whole of Season 2 twice. But I've watched these two over and over fast-forwarding to only them. I can't stop watching such marvelous actors. The chemistry..the slow burn...sooooo gooood. I wished I'd written this excellent love story..(I'm a writer)..Season 3 come on..I know it's the next sibling's turn, but I need little Kanthonys running around. Please and thank you!

@debby A and Marie T yes the fact did cross my mind but I did not base his performance on that I just did not feel the chemistry that the Duke and Daphne had it was as the writer was copying what season one had and it just was not there season 2 is just a one time watch for me I still need my RJP fix because the grayman gave him a very little chance to show his skills Season one for me
