The question is not hybrid model or otherwise. This issue should have been seen in advance as India has not toured Pakistan for quite a while now, as the government will not issue visas. Now even the Kabbadi team and blind cricket team is not touring Pakistan. Most probably, Rashid is right, either India will play or the Champions trophy tournament will go forward without India.

Doctor and Rashid Latif …. I appreciate your analysis. But I will totally contradict Rashid Latif today. Rashid was saying that Pakistan is at a loss by not playing bilateral series with India and you are suffering. I would say that the money is totally being generated from India. Even without playing any bilaterals with India, you are getting 5-6% of ICC revenue. If I was India or any other major cricket playing country, I would say that you are getting this money for free, without any market or cricket with India. So, it will be Pakistan’s loss, if you take up this issue.

Everyone knows why Pak wants India to come over in Pak, ICC can not take any legal action against the nation, India has not denied to play against Pakistan, they have simply denied to play inside geographical boundary of Pakistan. It's a different issue that does not come under ICC Secondly, Broadcasters were told well in advance about India's intention to not to inside Pakistan, they have known the stance since long and have been managing every since.
