The last part to this video reminded me of something. When I lived in Delaware, my license plate was stolen. I had to go to the DMV to get another. When there, they asked if I wanted a different plate, or the same one. Just to avoid extra paperwork, I went with the same one. A week later, I was pulled over. The reason? The plate had been reported stolen. The officer ran the VIN and saw that this plate was registered to my car. He gave me a warning that if a plate gets stolen, to never get the same plate again in case it was ever used in a robbery or worse. Good advice... so why in the hell was the same plate even an option at the DMV? The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing.

I imagine that, say, if the plate gets broken or damaged, rather than stolen, getting the same plate number is a good thing for continuity. But the minute you said that your plate was stolen, giving you the same plate shouldn't have been a valid option to pick.

He charged the guy who ran a red light (it said "no turn on red" and he endangered others; ticketed at the hospital during cancer treatments when he wasn't able to work - no charge). This is why you, Dj johnson, are not a fair judge. You want to charge everyone to the top. I got a warning for not stopping at an intersection (not in RI) and after that, I ALWAYS stopped at that stop sign remembering the officer who left me off with a warning.

In back, I agree, would need to at least 4+ mph to outrun a zombie, unless they are those running zombies like WorldWarZ, then probably 14+mph. Hello from Mordor. We have here all the license plates are the same according to the standard. Recently they were allowed to order by owner of car (if lost). Previously, they were issued only through the registering authority. What are commercial numbers I understand. These are numbers for trucks, pickups, vehicles registered at the organization. But what was the number on the car that go on red light he named "combination". What is this type of registration number. What type of transport is issued?

I went to court one day in Holland and the judge told me to pay a fine about 1600 Euro! I told him I had a reciever and asked him to let me do local service! He just gave me 16 hours due to my knee injury! I lost my cartarige and can not stand up long! It was just 8 days helping out the community!

That is a nonsense system of number plates, to have the same numbers issued into active circulation, but both being only differentiated as being either a combination or a commercial plate. Good job on those folk for getting their case thrown out. Though I wonder how it would have worked out if the plate designation had been illegible on the video.
