Cauliflower Tacos for the PKU Diet

yum!! I like doing the pre-riced cauliflower in a saucepan, but with pretty much all the same ingredients. SOOOO delicious! I'm going to make it this weekend!

Sorry, but what about the proteins in the tortillas? Isn't it high in proteins? How do you choose tortillas a pku patient can eat?
