I dont use water. The reason the air fryer is sooo good is becuse you get little crispy parts ! And.. most the cabbage is plenty hydrated when its done.

Try putting water in the bottom tray and pre heat for a few minutes until the water is hot then place cabbage on the basket and cook for 16 minutes at 180°

It all depends on the type of air fryer you have. Mine has a pan at the bottom that is used to catch grease that you can use for other things..

The whole point of eating vegetables like cabbage is that they’re low calorie. The second you add oil, it becomes high calorie. Quit using oil, use spray

Unfortunately, we can do whatever we want. If we want to use a small amount of oil, we can. You can stick with your spray though, it is fine in moderation.
