Sellys flexi seal is right but too expensive . It will take around 20 -30 bottles for a 25sq house approx 400$. Not sure if its worth time money and effort ?

Hi, there is Selleys FC sealant (the one you used) and Selleys polyurathene (non FC). non FC is slightly cheaper. Any idea about those ones ?
