Thank you Dr. Nedley, I am the caregiver for my mother who is in bad health. I already have genetic traits and childhood trauma/abuse that definitely has left me with many challenges. I have had and survived three types of cancer, including kidney. After viewing this I know I need to clean up my diet, exercise daily and read my Bible more. It has dealt a blow not being able to attend church since Covid 19.

I been depressed & unmotivated more than ever the past couple days. This woman on Quora - she was a landlady and she knowing I was a tenant that asked a tenant question, she fiercely attacked me and told me the problem was trivial and she went on and on. She wouldn't stop. It caused me to worry and be fearful.

18mins in and I still haven't heard the word "Trauma" early life trauma or teen (losing my father at 13) my still young mind couldn't handle it and it went undealt with..there the seeds of depression were sown..it has ruined my life I'm now 38 in a mess...still trying to get this 25yr old puzzle solved.."where did the grief go"? When do I start missing my dad and when oh when will I be able to get the effing pain...THATS WHAT WE NEED DR.!!!! IT COMES FROM TRAUMA..!! 😭😭😭😭😭😖😖😖😖😖🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯😩😩😩😩😩😠

While supposed good men stand by and say and do nothing about it while evil rises.

I already know I've had chronic depression probably my entire life but I suppose it could of started at a certain point in my child or teen years - at least teen years if not before. So far in listening to this video I have symptom 1, s... no 2, s... no 3, s... 4 - ok, I got all 9 except the 8 is it, I forgot, the homocidal thoughts well yeah except not wishing others any ill-will except the guy who put an end to my precious cats lives although I of course can't do anything to him.

There is more depression because there are more phony people who have not been Baptized in the water as scripture says in Acts 2 38. Some people might say they are backstabbers.
