That’s debatable though isn’t it? Or should I say innit? Tracking by World Cup trophies other continents would argue for the “proper football” title. Even though the thought of South American football makes me want to wash my eyes with jalapeños. There’s just not enough flow, game seems to be stuck in the 1980’s…they’re rarely in a hurry. Hard to watch. But regardless, they have a claim to be the home of proper football just as much as EU I would argue that they have even more of a right due to their dominance. We watched an aging Argentina implement their 1980’s style on a proper EU French side playing at their highest level once again and it was like an unstoppable force meeting an immovable object. Turns out both football styles work in harmony, the country that can achieve this the fastest will dominate forever, my hunch?….USA.
