I have a theory on SCP-1048 On the website, it says SCP-1048 went missing in Site-24. However, the CB game takes place in Site-19 and you see it there. So I think that SCP-1048 used -B and -C to fool the security so it can escape with -A to Site-19. Also, when D-9341 looks away for 2 seconds, it vanishes to possibly avoid security/recontainment. That is why it can't be contained, because it hides in Site-19 and its containment chamber is back at Site-24.

There is certain hints that Cari is a CI agent or SH agent. She firstly tries to open doors and almost breaches 053.
