Hailey and Hanna,As a retired basketball coach, observations that I took away from your March Madness quest.Number one, boxing out.Body first then go to the ball .You and your sister do this instinctively and get rebounds because of your good court sense.Number two, when rebounding under the basket,a lot of the girls bring the ball down below the waist and end up getting the ball stripped.This occurred a lot during the tournament. Just a couple of observations that I took away from the games .Congratulations on a great season and good run in the tournament .I hope your decision about playing next year is one that you truly want ! Good luck girls.

I'm proud of the season the female's basketball team had. Unfortunately, almost everybody had their worst shooting game of the year all on the same day. Except for a couple girls. One who put together a great game. We could have gone further. But let's be glad we won the first three considering the close finishes. In the end only one team will win it's last game. So, overall we had a great year. Go Canes!!
