In this video, the whine of the engines gives away the fact that a turboprop engine is a jet propeller engine, and not a turbocharged piston engine. You also hear the sound of the props, which make your basic "Box Fan" sound in high idle and taxiing, and the "Bumblebee" sound and takeoff and inflight.
