Do you have to re-do all the setups or are there some that you keep like the cutting torch, submarine and fingerprint cloner? Or all you have to do is just scan for new targets? Oh and btw, how do you get the cutting torch setup? I cant find it :(

can only keep all the entry, exit points + air control tower & power station (point of interests) each time hosting the heist. all the rest of pois such as grappling hooks, cutting bolts, guard uniforms and supply trucks will all be reset each time and need to be rediscover randomly around the island during recons (along with all primary and secondary heist targets). while prep missions: fingerprint cloner, vehicles, weapons etc. are all mandatory and need to be done again everytime hosting the heist. for the cutting torch, you will have to scope out the Drainage Tunnel as compound entry point during recons to unlock it as an option for preps. during recon, steal any boat from the main dock and drive it around to the rear of the compound same as in this video to scope it out.

I think you should take paintings only when you wanna do a speed run or to achieve elite challenge easier as you only need 2 paintings to fill up the whole loot bag. Otherwise, golds and cokes would give you more money.

normal has 1 less fingerprint in the hacking minigame compare to hard. but mostly doing it on normal because of perico heist's hard mode mechanics, hard mode will only be activated if a perico finale has been finished 48mins (or 1 hour?) before hosting a new one (afaik)
