It depends on whether you are getting 0 money or 100 k elite challenge bonus. If you get 100 k then you should not do the elite challenge to get full money

@crazwelit1426 To get the timing right disconnect via wifi option and not airplane mode since airplane is a gradual process and you might miss the timing. Also check whether you got 0 money or 100 k elite challenge money. Cause if you got elite challenge money you should not complete the elite challenge in the heist to get the full money. To get money every single time you need to disconnect twice. First disconnect at the orange screen when guard is taking the 4th step and go back to story mode, wait for the cutscene to end and wait 20 seconds in story mode. Then login back and you will spawn at kostaka, there as soon as the heist passed message pops up, regardless of whether you got the money or not disconnect again and wait for 20 seconds in story mode and go back. The second disconnect is to prevent R* from saving your progress of heist. Note: If you have done via single disconnect method and got 0 money, wait for 24 hrs before trying again.

No. Connect you Android phone, enable USB tethering from settings (this will share the phone's internet with the computer), disable Wi-Fi if on you computer (you should see Ethernet icon). Play the heist until the end and unplug the usb cable when the time comes.
