You can pair the Arc Thrower with the Eruptor and hotswap. Shoot the Eruptor, then switch and use Arc Thrower once, then switch back and repeat. The time it takes for the Arc Thrower to charge up automatically loads the Eruptor's next shot.

this is actually the loadout I use for bots. since it's onehanded I bring a ballistics shield, replace the gas grenade with thermite for tanks. wrecks the bot front

Arrowhead really did us dirty making Thermite Grenade so strong and then giving us another strong gas grenade... I've been running crossbow and Recoilless against both bots and bugs. So nice.

crossbow 1 shot headshots stalkers so on pc they arent a problem, but imo, just bring something for hunters instead of the railgun since crossbow 3 shots chargers if u shot under them

You can run and fire the cross bow and its crowd control is almost as good as Erupter. It deletes medium enemies and can close bug holes and destroy spore spewers. It’s so good now. Oh…and it seems that it only exploded on impact unlike the Erupter which explodes after a certain distance. I’ve been sniping stuff further away with it than the Erupter.

I'm a recent convert too - Eruptor was just fine for me before but crossbow is exceptional now for more scenarios

I was loving the crossbow but I’m loving the eruptor even more! It can shoot underneath chargers since their armor is only level 2 on their stomach now. I have been able to reliably get the shrapnel there. I’ve also been killing bile titans with belly shots too

@@JFK47x yep. I've been trying all day to like the crossbow and it works so long as those hunters don't show up in large numbers. I haven't found a secondary that mows them down efficiently enough. This build would also suck if you got caught out by a swarm of flyers.

this loadout would probably just be better off with the recoilless tbh the crossbow is so strong that it already deals with all light and medium enemies easily, why take a worse AT that can deal with medium enemies when you can take something entirely focused on obliterating the heavies instead? for the railgun I prefer to take something that will just keep the hunters off me. a good shotgun like the cookout, breaker or blitzer for example just some opinions, the loadout looks like fun anyway 👍

The Thermite can deal with heavies so I rather have the supply pack since you're constantly getting severely injured and can spam more grenades. The laser pistol can do Hunters away just fine.

I reckon he chooses the railgun, so he can get the supply pack for extra ammo. The crossbow great as it is, really runs out of ammo fast with only 5 shots per magazine.

@@martinslvsten428 personally I never find myself running out of ammo with the crossbow before I can call the next resupply, so I don't see the supply pack as that big of an advantage. railgun also has more than enough ammo per resupply if you don't completely spam it

I said I'd pair the crossbow with recoilless, and the railgun with a primary best suited for chaff clear. taking the crossbow with railgun makes the railgun somewhat redundant, since you're only gonna use it on the heavy enemies and it's just worse at that than a rocket launcher.

Its good build but, Change the rail gun for stalwart Either crossbow or punisher plasma depends what you like Nade pistol if using the punisher other wise bushwhacker great vs stalkers And use eat 17 and 500kg
