CBBC continuity, 3rd September 2001 (new set)

As someone requested more Get Your Own Back continuity, here in rather variable quality (something seriously wrong with my reception that morning) is some continuity from the day a new set and revised look was introduced to CBBC, as well as switching to 16:9 widescreen - not seen here as I still had analogue TV until upgrading to digital a few weeks later! This look would last until a major rebranding in February 2002 with the launch of the CBBC Channel.

Sadly, the new set turns out to be the last of the original CBBC branding to make way for the CBBC channel and its preschool channel, CBeebies.

@J Harper Your right they did, listen I hope I'm not bothering you and I'm very sorry I know you don't normally take requests but I don't suppose you still have the CBBC One Continuity from Monday 2nd October 2000 which led out of Newsround into Blue Peter and the end of the CBBC day do you?

The short lived 2001 rebranded with the mashup idents as the brand would turn to blobs and bugs idents the next year five months later in Monday February 11th, 2002. When the CBBC network got its own two channels on that date, Emelyn the Gremlin, Liam Dolan, Michael Underwood and Adrian Dickson were dropped snd retired from the host roster and replaced by Andrew Hayden-Smith, Jake Humphreys, Dick McCourt & Dom Wood, Kate Heavenpr and Ortis DEELEY while Angelica Bell continued her position on the network until Friday December 1st, 2006. From that date forward, the CBBC network was split into two separate channels, CBBC for the older kids (7am-7pm then handing over to BBC3) and CBeebies for the underfives (6am-7pm then handing over to BBC4)

It's interesting that The Cramp Twins debuted on the same day on both CBBC on BBC One and Cartoon Network UK. CBBC aired it at 4:10pm and CN UK aired it at 4:30pm.
