Biden issues stark warning about oligarchy threatening U.S. in farewell address | Canada Tonight

In his farewell address to the nation Wednesday, U.S. President Joe Biden warned Americans that an ultra-wealthy, 'tech-industrial complex' is threatening the country's democracy. 'Today, an oligarchy is taking shape in America of extreme wealth, power and influence that really threatens our entire democracy, our basic rights and freedom and a fair shot for everyone to get ahead,' Biden said.
