How U.S. election night unfolded in 7 minutes

The U.S. presidential election vote count continued into Wednesday morning with no clear winner emerging and potentially millions of outstanding votes in several swing states still to be counted. Nevertheless, Donald Trump declared that as far as he was concerned he had already won the race and said he would go to the Supreme Court to ensure the integrity of the vote.

The original intention of the Electoral College was to ensure that the southern slave/agrarian states would not be outvoted by the north (see also the 3/5 compromise) despite the north having a much larger population. I was on the computer where you could see the results by county in each state. At one point before they shut down the offices for the evening, but then continued doing something, the numbers for Michigan and Wisconsin showed that there was no mathematical way for Biden to win. They showed the percentage of votes tallied and the numbers of votes for each candidate. There just weren't enough left for Biden to win. For example, if there is only one percent votes remaining and Biden needs two percent, then it is mathematically impossible. Somehow, the next morning the numbers had magically swung in Biden's favor. The fact that courts were unwilling to put this to scrutiny and cross examination is pure fraud.

They did take it to the courts and in every single court case, the court determined that the evidence was not real evidence to cause the election to be in doubt. I would just say this, that there is no point in an election date if people are not accountable to submit their votes in time. If a person cannot be bother to submit their vote in time that it reaches its destination in order to be counted on or before the election date, that is on them. The rules for mail-in votes are that the officials will count them if the vote is postmarked by the election day, even if the physical arrival isn't until after. This allows those impacted by the USPS slowdown and abroad voters can have their votes counted.

I know one thing, I stayed up until 3 am and when I went to bed, Trump was leading Pennsylvania by 650,000 votes with 85 percent of the vote count in. 450.000 vote lead in Michigan with 85 percent of the vote count in. 150.000 vote lead in Wisconsin with 85 percent of the vote count in.

@@benicia21 States didn't pause counting. Not the ones that needed to count to determine a winner anyway. There was only a pause of the vote REPORTING. And that was because nearly all of the votes left were mail-ins that are tabulated in one or two poll centers and then reported in batches. It's not like a precinct where you get those results when they are finished with each one. You're talking a lot of mail-ins which meant a long time between reports.

Well a couple of states at the end of the night magically had spikes of votes that 100% went for Biden and 0% for Trump, so that was already accomplished. All that needs to be done now is a recount to prove that Biden won fair and square.
