Federal government lays groundwork to end 4-week postal strike

Labour Minister Steven MacKinnon is sending the contract dispute between Canada Post and CUPW to the Canada Industrial Relations Board, with a direction to order the union's workers back to work if it determines the parties are at an impasse.
