Thank God for the truckers and waking up the world

The biggest impact is the confusion about jurisdiction. Thanks to these two, many people are blaming the feds for what the province is responsible for.... And the province just keeps getting away with doing nothing because people think it's the fed's responsibility even though it's not.

The reason the convoy happened was the Federal government put restrictions on the truckers that didn't apply to truckers prior and the pandemic was basically over. It was punitive over reach by the Federal government

The city of Ottawa should sue them all

Why don't journalists ask the leaders of the convoy about jurisdiction? Why aren't you asking Tamara why she didn't organize protests against premiers, who implemented the majority of mandates?? Why go after the wrong person/ level of government? Why don't journalists ask her challenging questions??

Wouldn't want to go too far in providing information about how this supposedly "grassroots" movement was funded and promoted and organized by offshore money and disinformation campaigns.

In my opinion it separated the hard working truckers from the antivax, dim-witted yo-yo's. It also made looking at a Canadian flag awkward.

Truckers Convoy was the beginning of the awakening of Canadians and exposing what an atrocious government we have, thank you to all that participated in the awakening. As we see more has been exposed, the list is long!!!

Their impact won't truly be seen until after Pierre wins and the country is isolated from the world and starts to fall apart.

Lol what planet are you living on? Canada is already isolated because our current PM has made Canada a laughing stock on the world stage. Pierre will clean up Trudeau's mess and bring back some normalcy.

This is from CBC Saskatchewan’s noon radio show Blue Sky. You can tune in Monday to Friday from noon to 1PM on CBC Radio One or find it on the CBC listen app.

Can you please stop calling them "so called". I cringe every time the convoy is caled so called. So dismissive.

The FEDS enacted the EA. After 75% of the premiers said no.

I've heard a lot about people being "right too early", as in ahead of their time. I remember following this development as it happened and understood why they were there. The dangers of the pandemic and illness had significantly subsided and people were ready to open things back up and get the economy rolling. This was just the catalyst because it seemed that not long after, society came to an agreement that they wanted life to get back to normal.

Jan. 2022 saw the highest number of infected people, the highest number of new infections and the highest number of deaths per capita of the entire pandemic. 400,000 were infected and deaths peaked at 223 on Jan. 27, 2022. See worldometers info.

TFI is the biggest trucking outfit in the land. They had no problems rerouting the antivax truckers to local jobs and the truckers who actually wanted to work to american routes.
