The main point that was mentioned and the one that helped me so much is: FOCUS ON JESUS. Do NOT focus on your sin. This doesn't mean we should act sinfully because God will always forgive us. It's more like building a loving relationship with Jesus and have Him guide us through the rough days. Get to know Jesus, start falling in love with Him, build a loving relationship with Him, know that shame, guilt, condemnation are NOT from God. The holy Spirit with convict you but it will be gentle. Jesus died for our sins. When we truly believe this, sin will have no power over us. If you feel like you have chains because of this just know IT'S JUST AN ILLUSION. This is another lie from the enemy. When you have faith in Christ, these chains are broken. What's left are only habits and illusions of of being powerless. Remember, when you believe in Christ and allow the Holy Spirit to live in you, you'll have the same power living inside you that raised Jesus from the dead! We have authority over the enemy. Know your worth! Know who's son or daughter you are! You are worthy and you are holy because God is holy.

Please pray for me, I am in the worst corner a human could ever find themselves. This desparate sin wrecked my life. I have been struck with the worst depression with a 100% insomnia as a direct result of this sin. God’s love is not conditional. We were all saved through a sacrifice none of us earned nor deserved, it was simply because God so loved the world. However Gods help is often conditional, with the only condition being literally just asking for it/ seeking it.
