Sorry, dude. They say time heals wounds, but it doesn't. New experiences heal it. Talking to new people that I wouldn't normally talk to, along with saying yes to people who asked me to hang out to events I normally wouldn't attend, made me so much happier. Getting out of your comfort zone is key. We tend to close down when we are emotionally beaten down.

This was a really good podcast the conversations were great. My only complaint is when I listen to it in my truck your guys‘ voices come in at all different tones. Sometimes Ben’s voice is super loud and cjs a little quiet. Idk does anyone else notices that ??
