It looks really good. It should still preform well. The muffler length and primary size are a good recipe. Just disappointed in the fitment and lack of an o2 bung

Big Kountry, you will see the same shit results back to back stock with Akra too if you leave ecu stock, the stock pipe isnt bad when you have 76% throttle man, dyno stock with flashed ecu by your brother VS flashed ecu with this pipe to see the gains.

You should try the racing muffler bracket.. The one that replaces the whole footpeg bracket, Its built without a footpeg attachment.. Just take the left side bracket off so it doesn't look dumb.. Race bikes don't have rear foot pegs anyway. I think Yoshimura makes one...and couple more. Companys make them. Y'all should have those in stock.. Lol

The primary’s are good size and the muffler is a good length for power. This exhaust will do good for power, just sucks that the fitment and we can’t run an o2 sensor in it without having to weld on a brand new exhaust

Kountry polish up those fab skills and you are good at cutting crap off that’s not needed, cut that hanger off and fab yourself up one that fits and doesn’t look like it was a retrofit off a diff bike! That’s bullshit, for $2200 that’s NOT getting what you pay for!!! That’s a money grab right there, VanD is supposed to scream quality but I gotta agree w Chris, Brock would be much better quality for the money! Love the content nonetheless…. Keep it Kountry!

It's ALL in the header.. I'd bet the STOCK header flows and makes HP as well or better than any Brocks.. just the stock header.. it's the emmission bullshit AFTER the header which causes performance woes.. even then your not going to get insane RWHP numbers from a exhaust kit ONLY w/out the software changes..Imagine the resources Honda has to make POWER out of a header design.. giuarantee Brocks doesn't have those same resouces.. he'd have to sell a full exhaust for $8,000 bucks or more.. the amount of dyno work, design that goes into an exhaust header is INSANE.. Brocks doesn't have that capability so he COPY CATS.. think about it.. majority of HP gains come AFTER the header.. and come from the software mapping.. I have never seen Brocks testing and building an exhaust system never.. dyno, design, dyno, change, dyno. give me a break.. The pretty Ti header is for aesthetics, the power is made from the mid-pipe on and mapping.. Chris Moore uses Woolwich software to get a solid performance map, removes, deletes all the "liability tuning" so new owners don't kill themselves.. than tweeks it further .. no big deal.. !

BK, just a suggestion from a guy who spent his life with BFDs. Get a body harness and a short, thick leash. He can't be let to walk with you or HR, like a pocket pooch, he MUST understand that he's on a short leash, at his owners side. He WILL test you.

Man does Van demon have stone of brass telling you .. after spending $2200 to buy a competitors exhaust hanger..not to mention the time invested in making that %@$#*# (@% silly bracket... have somebody mill you, you can make one yourself , a new bracket that fits up on the sub-frame instead .. or spend another $150 and buy a carbon fiber exhaust hanger...LOL JH Christmas !!! The factory OEM headers are so good that it's tough to beat 'em. imagine the time Honda HRC spent developing thse stock headers.. they have unlimited resources.. where it counts is from the header output on...where manufacturers install these silly boxy valved resonators .. like to see how well the stock header flows vs an Akrapovic or other set it up so you can BOLT ON various mid-pipe slip on canisters kits.. I'd bet the stock header would work as good or better than Brocks, Akrapovic. Placing a bung on the exhaust mid-pipe(s) is only good enough for a quick map..want it done right, ... every header pipe should have it's own .. what 130mm down from the exhaust header port flange ... Be very interesting to test stock header vs Brocks, Akrapovic for flow. etc..I'd bet Brocks wouldn't like the results ..

Your deff right, Honda has really smart people working for them. You see better back pressure from an exhaust like this because of the larger diameter. Honda deff gets the best results for what they have to work with. They have to use smaller primary’s for restrictions to pass emissions. This exhaust lets the engine breathe and is almost half the weight of the factory steel header. But yea we will get it right either way, just wanted to post this video to let people know what they are gonna get for $2200 from Vandemon. Good looking exhaust, that needs a lot of work to make it right.
