CBR 250 RR MC22 valve clearance & caburettor service

I have had this CBR250RR MC22 in my collection for years. Once bought a China fairing and a tank in Ireland. To drive on the track.
After a number of years of standstill, it was time for an extensive service. Adjust valves (for this type the camshafts must be removed. This is not necessary with the NC30 and NC35.)
The carburetor was also completely disassembled and shared to replace all rubbers. Of course everything is also ultrasonically cleaned.
After building the engine, the carburetor was adjusted and synchronized. It now runs perfectly again.
I also put back the OEM fairing parts that had been stored all these years, to keep the machine original again.
I left a number of non-original parts on the bike, but they are present.
These bikes are very special and you rarely see them.

Valve clearance is for all motors , manufacturers set a predetermined clearance and you adjust shims to maintain that, too big a valve clearance and the valve timing changes, opens later closing earlier

It is not smoke ( from oil), but it is from moisture in the engine. This bike was standing a very long time and this was the first running after years. Now, the "smoke" has gone.

can i ask sir.. what is the right timing for cam gear train/ cassete train? coz i saw 1 hole within the gear is that for torque or timing? im confused coz i forgot how i got pulled it out. im newbie here doing my project bike alone hope you can help me ill appreciate it ♥️
