I agree with Sreerag here, you ride well, however if your vehicle is not registered, you cannot use it on public roads; there's a lot of reasons for this law. As for the hazard lights, use it if there's a hazard, it's in the name, they're not meant for style or for anything else; If there's debris on the road, if you're riding at dark and want to be more visible, then you can use them. I see no need for them to be on otherwise

It takes time for the number plates to come but that waiting is worth it. I waited 18 days for my number plates after paying 2,20,000 cash for my Suzuki Gixxer SF 250. It's entirely the RTO's fault. The tax payment and registration fees are paid online and you get a receipt for that. Then it's up to the RTO to mail you the registration card.
