It's always a blast to hear"Herman Munster 's" voice on these! Fred is a real treat! Just love him! 💜 Oh, that one made me cry 😢. I love listening to these to chill and sleep. And because I fall asleep, I miss some of them, but I just play them again and catch up at another time. That way I'll be able to play them over and over, and my favorite stories I don't skip if I've heard it, because they are real gems! Thanks and much love

Wow! Not even sure how I got recommended this by KZbin, but I'm glad! What an awesome channel - thank you for this! I was so invested in the first story about the necklace that I forgot I was supposed to be doing work with this in the "background", lol.

Great stories thank you for bringing them back. Its funny but the last two 11 hours of shows had what sounded like other radio feedback or very quiet bleed through. Like when on a long road trip listening to the programs on the A.M. channel. Brought so many road trips memories. So many dark drives listening to scary radio shows Thank You both guys.

It is interesting to listening to the commercials. Like for Camel Cigarettes. The commercial stated Camels was donating Cigarettes to the wounded Soldiers at VA Hospital from WW2 for the young that would be World War 2. I can remember seeing the billboards advertising cigarettes all the roads. It was the 80s when the government (I believe) made commercials on T.V. were banned from tv and billboards taken down. I can remember buying a pack of smokes in the 70s for 45 cents. How time has gone by so quick. Imagine a person who is over 100 that have grown from horse and buggies to space ships making trips back and forth feom Space. Or better do you remember party lines or rotary phones party lines was something they Dont teach any of this history in schools I guess that's not important anymore. Some day our technology will stop and people will have to go back to writing, home phones, no microwave, and Culture shock the planet will stop kids now adays won't know how to do anything. Back to the times of old radio shows for tv. Thanks to the guys or 2 men at Late Late Horror show your the best and no Iam only 59.

As one of those guys who do remember the good old days i have to agree with you. When growing up my mother put me to bed and my bed side radio was tuned into the Lone Ranger, Gunsmoke etc. I looked forward to going to bed. The TV was just emerging. When I was a youngster candy bars where a nickel and the movie theater was 35 cents for a double feature for Saturday matinee. I have always kept up the yen for audio books while driving and old time radio when I can find it. Technology has eccelerated where I can now store it all on a postage stamp size device. Cars can drive themselves, people have walked in the moon and space ships can land back on earth backwards. All this has happened in the last 70 years! My thoughts now are whats going to happen next? Weil earth turn into a cinder from a total world atomic war? Or maybe people will come together and push our world into a new age of peace and prosperity? Who knows the answer? Guess I will have to tune into X Minus one and find out! Happy Listening!

These are all time shift stories. Can't imagine why thats not in the description. Much of the charm of time shift stories lies in the novel premise. Listening to them sequentially removes the enjoyment & interest after the first one or two, at least for me. One of them, A Matter of Love and Death, only arguably qualifies as an interesting story; not sure it has the winning argument either.

Stampede wasnt a time shift story..

Honestly I love this channel and these stories, but I have to say I found the main female character in the first story extremely annoying.
