@tonyterry3967 no not like a black criminal increasing their statistical incarceration rates and harming their own causing stereotypical racial profiling. He went after those kinds of people but got caught doing extra. He's gone now so others in uniform have to step it up to make sure charges stick to real street urchin thugs.
