Sorry, the Maryland AG cannot stop these letters. Voter information is a matter of public information. If you don't like the campaign literature then toss it out. I also doubt the veracity that the non-profit is "bi-partisan" but they are within their 1st Amendment rights to send out campaign information to voters.

We kept seeing different campaign signs so looked into it. They have a Trump sign, and a Democrat City Councilwoman sign currently. Neighbors on the other side are both registered Republicans. My house we're all registered NPA, no party affiliation.

Intimidation would be HSTA - the teacher's union in Hawaii - sending a letter to all teachers with a list of who to vote for. Every candidate on the approved list is a Democrat. I taught in Hawaii for 16 of my 26 years and a Republican name was never on the approved list. As far as I'm concerned, that's a good enough reason to never vote Democrat.

Here is the main problem. Your affiliation is on the computer, and on the print out they give you, which you have to hand over to someone before you can insert into the ballot box. Why on earth would that be on the printout for everyone to see? And then they tell which ballot to put it in. We need to disband all parties and just vote for the candidates alone. Not a party.
