Puerto Rico has a landfill problem according to a study commission in 2022 by the Federal Emergency Management Agency FEMA and the US environmental protection agency EPA Puerto Rico could run out of landfill space in two years how come the Biden /Harris administration has not addressed this problem. and yes, it was a joke, but this will bring awareness to a problem for the Puerto Ricans community on the island.
