So who would pay for infrastructure if you didn’t have property taxes ? I have no problem paying for property taxes or any other ones I have to pay . Would love to hear how you would pay for things without taxes . Maybe if billionaires paid more then 4.1% ours would be lower

Those donkeys are fine, not abandoned and look healthy. They're livestock, not pets. Whoever called regarding abuse needs to stay in the city and out of the country. The tires are another issue though. A few hundred dollars does seem low for an ag exemption on 70 acres.
