Disaffiliate means ki class 1 se 12 tak cbse school ka license khatam kar deti hain. Downgrade means 11 aur 12 ka license khatam. Sirf 10 class Tak valid. In some cases class 10 aur 9 ka bhi invalid kar dete hain by downgrading
