Sir you explained the graphical concept of first derivative test i.e slope when negative function goes downwards. I wonder if there is something of graphical equivalence to second derivative test as well, like the basis on which double derivative test is based.

sir, if there occurs more than two values of x after fiinding f'(x) then how can we find the points of maxima and minima?

if one of the points are negative then its maximum and vice versa

Rushali Badyal you didn't watched the video properly . No matter how many values of (X) you obtain after equating f'(X) = 0 . you have to select any values between each every intervals of two as well as an interval and infinity . Then keep thoes values in derivative to check its sign transformation at each and every intervals and hence giving you N number of Maxima , minima ( depends on the f(X) what type of equation it is quad,cubic,etc)

if its combination goes from positive to negative it is maxima ,if goes negative to positive it is minima
