There is no reason that plans are not made to manage it properly as a great resource rather than try to control it without intelligent humanistic engineering. Desalination, rerouting, and "natural" seasonal management are all viable options. We need laws that protect the people from the best interests of the corporations, yes but they should be sensible, reasonable and possible.

About 4:30 this morning my are in Fond Du Lac,WI we had a severe storm came through here. We had high winds, large hail and inches of rain. Thank God the Tornado siren did not went off this morning. About two and a half months ago we had a tornado only 7 miles from my trailer. Our sirens going off and scaring me to death because knowing that the closest shelter is 3 blocks from us and because the members of my family are all disabled and we would not be able to get to shelter in time. We live in a single wide trailer in a park. We just in God hands if we have a tornado here. CASSIE😢

now why is the USA having climate change? we shut down industrialization in what is now knows as the rust belt after Al Gore and what the impact of deindustrialization would do for the environment. the economic decline, population loss, and urban decay on these regions was going to be worth it for the environment.
