I don't think people should get money off someone else's poor decisions and judgments and decided to get on opiates for a recreational drug I think that's just all about people wanting money the loved ones are gone for poor decisions an overdosing on taking too many when it plainly tells you on the bottle

SCOTUS made a bad decision on the opioid case. A lot of that money could have been donated to centers that treat addiction, in memory of the person's loved one 😢

I can see the family getting money if it was a poor judgment on the doctors prescribing not for those who misused it to get high and use more and never followed the directions

In 2003 I broke several toes. A doctor prescribed me 6 hydrocodone a day for 28 days. I was 23 and it took 7 years to get sober. The ease that someone with good insurance could get pills was incredible. 320 a month for shoulder pain. I definitely blame the DR for setting me on that path.

@@b1646717 If not for this medication I could not have continued working the last 20 years as corporate secretary/treasurer. When I retired I was suddenly dropped. Can't say I had any withdrawal effects over the past 2 years except for the illnesses and pain that I was taking it for. All the meds I have to take now have much worse side effects.

The company was giving Dr. a bonus for each prescription they wrote for it. Company knew was highly addictive, but told Dr it wasn't and even printed it wasnt. Addicting people on purpose. Guilty.

With the Oklahoma Legislature, their morals are questionable. I know very few members that I would consider trustworthy enough. We have good people in Oklahoma. Typically we aren't any lazier than any other state.
