there surely are quite a few tear jerkers amongst this lot and as a lineman from NZ who worked on the lines for over 44 years I was deeply touched by the story about the linemen doing their thing and the most poignant thing was when they said it wasn't all about the money but being a lineman and getting on with what is required during and after a storm and I have to say the brotherhood is alive and well all over the world .when you are working in a storm , your head needs to be in the now , being aware of the inherent dangers facing all on site ,,,,,if you are counting money mentally before the job is done , if your mind is elsewhere and if you have a lapse in judgement , you could die in an instant ,,,,,KR sang "ya never count your money while sitting at the table , there'll be time enough for counting when the dealings done ",,,,, staying focused and grounded during work time is how Liney's dos it . .
