dude - you're not 'following a stolen vehicle pursuit' - you're monitoring a stolen vehicle that's been abandoned - and wondering why there's no law enforcement showing up ..

They WERE following a stolen vehicle pursuit, with their helicopter from KCAL while monitoring the situation. WHY don't you call the cops in L.A. to find out why they didn't show up??? FOR YOUR INFORMATION, the cops follow with THEIR sheriff's helicopter or the CHP helicopter. THEY always know what the situation is. For safety reasons, they don't always pursue a felon in a chase, or they will back off during the high speed chases. YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT, SO I WOULD SUGGEST NOT SAYING ANYTHING MORE. JESUS, HOW IDIOTIC CAN YOU BE.

"it makes you wonder - where are the authories" - same thing happened yesterday - the helicopter was following two kids on dirt bikes - the kids stopped at a gas station to get gas - then drive off again popping wheelings for the cameras - there was no cops following them or tracking them on the ground ..
