I did that accidentally in a Chevy 3500 box truck doing about 50 mph. I remember bottoming out and then everything got quite. Little did I know I was flying in the air. Every loose item in the cab got air born, including dust, in slow motion. Until we landed and bounced. Then it my junk scattered and was loud. Scared the s**t out of me.

That bump at the end that caused the rear of the Ford Expedition to vault into the air was most likely enough of a jolt to cause the fuel shutoff to trigger - which means that she ran because the big Ford just died. It would run again, but you have press a reset button for the fuel shutoff.
