More adults use cellphones especially when they’re driving. Kids play switch and steam deck. The only time I’ve seen kids on their phones is when they’re listening to music.

This is very superficial information we've already heard from other sources and is only good for (re-)starting the larger conversation at best. The practical advice is basically small measures at harm reduction isn't it? I don't think this is the kind of thing that people with serious substance addiction would think would help them. Of course the issue with this is the tech is networked, it's not a matter of whether you end up putting a particular substance into your system or even a class of substances. It may not warrant pessimism and we're not helpless but this is only slightly helpful and doesn't address much.
