Pleiadians have said these are ships of the Secret Space Program. Look at the propeller, it is a toroidal magnetic propeller. You are looking one of the space ships of the secret space program. It just also works as a submarine as it can go in space so it can too inside water. They choose this so they could have the ships just in front of our noses without we suspecting about it.

@@joedufour8188 The folks in D.C. can try to take away our freedoms, but it doesn't mean it will actually happen. Like with the gun debate. D.C. could pass a "turn them in" law. Who is going to enforce it? The cops? That is a pretty conservative group, most of whom own personal weapons, and did before they wore a badge. The military? That is an even MORE conservative group, again, most of whom are gun owners. D.C. passed laws about alcohol once....how did that work out? There is going to be a tipping point.....a time when the folks who actually do the jobs that those in D.C. want done say....."no". If congress ever got too stupid, I firmly believe the military would step in to right the ship.

There are always Russian subs lurking off of our Atlantic coast, and their aircraft are routinely right off Alaska also. But the US never lets its guard down, we spot them usually while they're still in international waters or airspace, and we let them know they have been seen, and are often escorted away! They WILL dare to come close, but we will always defend America's borders! We rest easier knowing that, and we honor and respect all who maintain our freedom and safety, thanks, military personnel!

@bassmith448bassist5
@bassmith448bassist5 5 жыл бұрын
You raise a valid question. I am neither a submariner nor an engineer but let me offer you this vastly oversimplified answer. At depth, the pressure of the water on a submarine hull is enormous. It will exploit any weakness to get into a submarine. Therefore, the fewer holes that are in the pressure hull, the better. Going to electro optical scopes means there are no longer the two large holes in the pressure hull to accommodate the periscopes. There are typically two periscopes on a submarine. The search scope and for short range work, the attack scope. Switching to electro optical, eliminates those two large weak spots. With electronic cameras, those can be housed in the sail on a telescopic mast and controlled both horizontally and vertically via the joystick. The images are then displayed on whichever screen the officer of the deck or the captain wishes. The only thing that penetrates the hull then is a one inch bundle of either electrical cable or fiber optic line. And, yeah. I got the Down Periscope dig!!!!!

Lillidde Same with german Type 212. U24 (Type 206) and U33 habe actually both "sunk" the USS Enterprise in training missions and weren't detected by the carrier group. Another Type 206 was also hunted by a Los Angeles Class sub in training and they repeatedly passed meters away from it, but the Americans couldn't detect them.

mrjt But did they ever reveal the parameters of the mission? Which sensors were allowed and which weren't? Rules of engagement?

Bet they could. It would look something like this. Sprint to out to sea at 30+ knots, something Gotland can’t do. Wait. Play chess. Clean toilets. Couple weeks later, Gotland has to surface because it’s non nuclear. Oops. Detected by a P8 Poseidon and obliterated by any one of a dozen weapons systems that most other navies have no answer for. All these non-nuclear subs do is force American nuclear assets to stay a little further out to sea for a little longer, until they’re inevitably eliminated.

I just LOVE when people talk about how some other navy did this or that to a U.S. Naval vessel and they then extrapolate that into how "superior" they are in some way. Much has been made of the KZbin video of the Swedish sub that "sank" a U.S. carrier. If you've ever been in a large "exercise" you would know there are (as TheReal Lifehacks said) "parameters". The exercise is confined to a given area, and a ship is almost never is allowed to utilize ALL of it's capabilities. For as "realistic" as they are tried to be made, "exercises" aren't real combat. In real combat, there is no "out of bounds" so it's easy for a sub to just sit on the bottom when they KNOW for a fact that another ship is going to pass by because it's in the script.
