My sincere condolences. It is really heart breaking to see men still passing away from this disease. I am a 9 yr survivor of prostate cancer. I had my entire prostate removed, no radiation or chemo. Men 35 and over please get your prostate checked early. Early detection means greater survival rates and more options to treatment. Cancer is not a 1 size fits all.

No I did not. However, I did have that as an option. What I did learn is that cancer is not just one disease but a group of diseases. Depending on how early it is caught it opens it up to more options the way you want to have it treated. The later it is caught it minimizes one's options but always do your research and ask questions. @@nurhayat81

Wow, this is very sad news to hear. I knew Dexter was living somewhere out in California staying away from the lime light. Prostate cancer is a serious illness that affects many Black men. I make sure I get an annual prostate exam yearly and I always am on pins and needles getting my PSA test and urine analysis back from the lab. RIP, Dexter. 🙏🙏🙏
