Some good burger ideas here, but I would have to disagree with putting what appears to be cheap "American cheese" on a burger while saying no to catsup and bacon. A little quality sharp cheddar can enhance a burger, but cheap tasteless cheese detracts from the flavor by drowning the burger flavor out!
